Always looking to the sky, but with their feet on the ground, Santiago Seiler and Mircza Colombo have built an impressive business story that in 2024 will celebrate its first 30 years, 20 of which they have led.
Constantly seeking opportunities to grow, seizing them, and pragmatically implementing actions has been a common characteristic in the life of this company. This alone is not enough to explain Agroalas; investing in efficiency has been the other side of its success. Santiago expanding, and Mircza consolidating, form a virtuous business team, and a few years ago their three children—Stefanía, Santiago, and Federico—joined them.
Agroalas is an early adopter of technologies in various business fields, thus becoming a leading company in the sector. It started by revolutionizing the skies, incorporating the efficient Air Tractor aircraft into its spraying fleet, and later differentiated itself from competitors through the quality of services offered, certified processes, agricultural and livestock production. It has grown steadily by professionalizing its management, and in recent years, it organized its corporate governance and laid the foundation for the company’s generational transition.
The Simpleza® team has supported Agroalas for the past 6 years, strengthening its organizational structure, differentiating the spaces where the company’s management defines its strategies, creating a property structure aligned with the future growth anticipated, and perfecting decision-making information across different areas, among other things.
